These terms govern your use of JimmAI, an AI marketing workspace that helps you plan, create, review, schedule, and publish marketing work.

The service

JimmAI provides AI-assisted marketing capabilities grounded in the business context you provide. AI-generated work is prepared for your review — you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for the content you approve and publish.
• You must have the rights to any materials you upload and the authority to connect the channels you connect.
• Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws, including advertising and industry regulations that apply to your business.

Credits and billing

• JimmAI is pay-as-you-go by default. AI work consumes credits from your wallet. Current rates are shown on the pricing page.
• One-time credit purchases are non-refundable after successful purchase. Purchased credits do not expire by default.
• Billing details, refunds, and legacy subscription rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

JimmAI provides tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee marketing results, search rankings, AI-answer visibility, engagement, revenue, or regulatory compliance outcomes.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
