The service

JimmAI provides AI-assisted marketing capabilities grounded in the business context you provide. AI-generated work is prepared for your review — you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for the content you approve and publish.
• You must have the rights to any materials you upload and the authority to connect the channels you connect.
• Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws, including advertising and industry regulations that apply to your business.

Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and include a monthly allowance of AI credits. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.
• All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase.
• One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable after successful purchase and are valid for 12 months.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

JimmAI provides tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee marketing results, search rankings, AI-answer visibility, engagement, revenue, or regulatory compliance outcomes.
