JimmAI exists to help legitimate businesses market honestly. Using the service, you agree not to:

• Create or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes others’ intellectual property.
• Publish false or misleading claims about products, results, or outcomes — including claims flagged by compliance review that you override without proper basis.
• Use connected channels in ways that violate those platforms’ terms (spam, manipulation, artificial engagement).
• Impersonate other people or businesses, or upload materials you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, particularly where use creates risk for other customers or the platforms JimmAI integrates with.
