Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay as you go

JimmAI is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. There is no required monthly subscription. You start with 500 welcome credits on signup, then purchase credits when you need more. Current rates are shown on the pricing page.

Credit purchases

• One-time credit purchases (top-ups) are non-refundable after successful purchase.
• Purchased credits do not expire by default.
• Unused purchased credits remain in your wallet until they are consumed by AI work in your account.
• Welcome / promotional credits may have an expiry window (shown in your billing dashboard at the time they are granted).

Auto Reload

If you enable Auto Reload, you can turn it off at any time from your billing settings. Disabling Auto Reload stops future automatic purchases; credits already purchased are not refunded.

Billing errors & disputes

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us through the Contact page with the email on your account and the payment details. Valid billing corrections are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

Legacy subscriptions

If your account still has an older subscription plan, you can cancel it from billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew after cancellation. For those legacy plans only, a 7-day money-back guarantee may apply to the initial purchase — contact us within that window if it applies to your account.
