Subscription plans

• All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee — if JimmAI isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Credit top-ups

• One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable after successful purchase.
• Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page within the guarantee window with the email on your account. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
